Application Support for an Aged Care provider in Gold Coast, QLD.


  • Replaced a company wide intranet using SharePoint Online (Office 365).
  • Custom developed Dynamics 365 online for Sales and Marketing tailored to the Aged care industry. 
  • Implemented Data integration between On-Premise and Cloud (Office 365 - Azure)
  • Enhanced Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing through the deployment of ClickDimensions. Customised Web Forms, Email Marketing Templates and Campaign Management.
  • Streamlined document management through the implementation of DocuSign together with Dynamics 365. The most recent achievement was in making a busy department completely paperless through the automation of compliance documentation.
  • Integrated Sales and Marketing solutions with case management, telephony and messaging systems.
  • Developed a custom time-sheeting application using the SharePoint Modern Framework with Microsoft PowerAutomate and On-Premise SQL data.
  • Deployment and custom development of a ChatBot with LUIS, QNAMaker and the Azure Bot Framework used in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online for the purpose of serving knowledge content to internal users. 
  • As part of a Shared Services Project developed departmental pages using SharePoint modern pages and custom built SharePoint Framework web parts. The pages included dynamic content and connected with on an premise HRIS system for employee and department data. 
  • Built a custom Purchase Order system hosted on SharePoint Online using SharePoint Framework and React replacing a paper based process.
  • Assisted in a Covid-19 work from home strategy by building forms and workflows using Microsoft 365 Cloud Technologies. 
  • Build integrations using Microsoft SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Powerapps and PowerAutomate for multiple Customer Relationship and in-house Customer Service Applications.

  • Project managed a migration for finance replacing QuickBooks with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • Project managed a finance migration of the payroll solution to Micropay Meridian. Integrated Dynamics CRM - HR and Payroll Modules.
  • Developed an Electronic Payment Systems that integrates with multiple line of Business Applications including SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics NAV and Active Directory. Was involved in all aspects of the project including requirements gathering, design and development, technical documentation and end user training.
  • Created a hybrid cloud solution between and on premise virtual environment to Microsoft Azure. Provisioned an Always on SQL Environment and Highly Available Microsoft Dynamics Servers.

  • Lead a team to rebuild and migrate data between data centres for 400 users.
  • Lead a team to roll out a new help desk solution on time and under budget.
  • Roll-out of internal social media platform Yammer to encourage group discussions, share success stories and replace inefficient group discussion platforms such as email.

  • Desktop Rollouts. Helped in Relocating Servers and Workstations from Gold Coast to Brisbane Institute.(Approx 250 Workstations / 9 Servers)
