Regional Sales Manager Fargo, Led front-end operations as Regional Sales Manager, responsible for overseeing daily procedures to sustain the new licensed based territory in Western Wisconsin that serviced nearly 28, 000 subscribers. The new market grew 26% overall within the first quarter. This was accomplished by his selective recruiting, conductive training and budgetary practices.   Kyle's objective was to achieve growth in the marketplace and produce defined business plans to make the market successful. The field team he formed and cultured comprised of 12 direct“ trailblazers” staffed employees, 14 local dealers and 3“ Big-Box” stores(i.e., Menards) that ultimately brought an additional 22% of new revenue for the year. Technical support duties were included with Implementation, securing, maintaining, and supporting software and hardware systems within the Local Area Network and stand-alone environments for Monet and their subscribers. His team's monthly goals exceeded quota for 16 consecutive months. The balance sheet for the company operated at $460,000 per month alone in operating costs within the WI territory that consisted of a private multi-million dollar network with its own fiber backbone.
