Founder, Director, Choreographer, Producer, Theater & Event Maker

Founded in 2007, The Neo-Political Cowgirls devise dance theater work; build and implement education outreach programs; and create community engagement efforts and impactful leadership initiatives. Called "crucial to our community" and "unapologetically, gorgeously bold," NPC has taken professional work to Berlin, Helsinki, Off-Broadway and regionally; and annually launch Main Stage, outdoors, site-specific and gallery pieces from home base on the East End of Long Island. Fundraise, grants writing, lead staff, manage budgets and contracts, hire artists and crew. 

NPC's education arm Making Space creates curriculum to address at-risk, youth and community needs. Rooted in theater, film and the visual arts, workshops and residencies establish a sense of belonging and empowerment to ignite conversations that build friendship, empathy and healthy coping mechanisms within our communities. 

Education Director, Volunteer Manager

Manager of annual curriculum with local schools, summer programming, and partner with The United Nations Plural Plus International Youth Film Festival. Manage hiring, curriculum, contracts and budgets. Represent the festival for community outreach and work closely with upwards of 120 volunteers per festival season. 

Mulford Rep Theater Company

Artistic Director

Founded and directed summer rep theater company performing in a historical barn from the 1600's. Supported by the East Hampton Historical Society - planned, implemented and directed each season consisting of two plays with Actors' Equity casts each summer. Designed, managed, and directed annual Haunted Immersive Walks at Mulford Farm with upwards of 40 performers and thousands of audience attendees.

Two year intensive training program for development of professional actors. Full conservatory curriculum with Broadway directors, Juilliard Instructors, professional actors and coaches.
