As an employee, I worked in various departments throughout the company, within all brands; Pepper Plus, Christmas Central, Dave's Christmas Wonderland, Pool Central, Window Wonder and Northlight.

As a Sales Manager, I directed many aspects of the Christmas Central e-commerce division. Partnering with the CEO, I hired, trained and motivated new representatives to help ensure their success, provide white glove service to our customers and effectively drive sales.

I also assisted in many other divisions as needed; including but not limited to marketing, photography, copy writing and various warehouse acquisitions.

In 2014, I officially transferred into our creative division. I worked one on one with our lead designer in creating prototypes/models for new product. I maintained open communications with our manufacturers overseas while preparing documents for new commercial patents/licenses. I prepared meeting notes/reports for weekly presentations with the Owner/CEO on the progress of existing designs and new design submissions.

In 2015, I relocated and worked remotely. My primary responsibility was managing Sales/Customer Service via email and copy writing for all company websites.

In addition to working remotely, I designed seasonal showrooms for our wholesale brand, Northlight in Atlanta, GA at AmericasMart. I assisted in sales, acquiring and maintaining new client relationships while on location.

French Language

As a student, I was taught French from elementary school through my college years.  I attended school in Sulphur, Louisiana as a child.  French not only was required in curriculum, but was also spoken fluently within the community and by close family.  I continued French during my high school years in Williamson, New York.  As an advanced program (Gemini), I also received college credits for completing it successfully.  My French skills are used loosely and in no formal setting, nor on a consistent basis.  As a result, I do consider my skill level as Beginner.
