•Enabled Portfolio & Asset Management business unit to tour Heitman owned properties amidst rising challenges during the pandemic. Designed and implemented a system to allow for 4K resolution property tours. With only a 2-week deadline, I implemented a system that increased employee safety and reduced costs by over 250K annually. This has revolutionized the way Heitman approaches property tours and inspections. 

•Project Manager for $2.1 million laptop and software implementation. Managed everything for this project including cost analysis, budgeting, execution planning, vendor selection, contract negotiation, system architecture. end-user training, and deployment.

•Key member of Heitman's IT Steering Committee which is tasked with making strategic decisions for our various business units and IT Operations. This committee ensures that deliverables are met in a timely manner, under budget and above expectations. 

•Leader for multiple high profile company-wide technology initiatives. This includes creating execution plans and leading our annual investor conference, annual employee meeting, end-user technology budgeting/forecasting, end user training and professional development initiatives, laptop hardware and software initiatives, and all end-user change management communications. 

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 5 people responsible for supporting approximately 400 end-users.

Develop thorough documentation and training videos for firm-wide distribution.
