Lead all capital market efforts for the $POKT utility token which includes outlining the business case to accelerate strategic partnerships with solution providers who support trading, custody, staking, lending, borrowing, market making, and other uses that provide our ecosystem with more $POKT accessibility and various solutions to meet their needs.

Lead discussions with institutional investors which include liquid hedge funds and traditional venture funds that have a web3 infrastructure thesis. Help support their research as well as options for order execution, custody, network participation, and ongoing investor relations. 

Lead partnerships with third-party research partnerships such as Messari, Delphi Digital, Token Terminal, Staking Rewards, and other web3 research platforms. 

Collaborate with the team/community on economic proposals, develop ROI models to assist with enterprise sales, and collaborate on pricing model strategies and GTM motions to accelerate network monetization.

Designed, implemented, and scaled our inorganic growth process. This includes: Managing an M&A pipeline to evaluate 50 EdTech opportunities quarterly while partnering with our PE investors, product, go-to-market, and customer success teams to gather customer data and market insights and align on M&A priorities. 

Managed the sell-side due diligence process and strategic positioning in partnership with our investors, executive team, and investment bank to achieve an exit that is fueling our next phase of growth with Evergreen Coast Capital and achieving a ~3x ROIC for our investors.  

Produced BoD materials, managed diligence and financial modeling for M&A targets, resulting in 2 acquisitions within a year. These acquisitions are enabling DreamBox to achieve 140% TAM expansion, 30% ARR expansion, and expanded our customer value with the most efficacious dual-discipline supplemental solution in the K12 EdTech market.    

Partnered with lenders, investors, BoD, and our executive team to ensure we had capital available for inorganic growth opportunities and liquidity needs. Resulting in us a 6x increase in our financing while reducing our cost of capital and terms. 

Partner with cross-functional teams to drive decision-making by modeling the ROI of investments and their forecasted impact on our strategic priorities.

Partnered with our product, development, and QA teams to scope and develop solutions for clients, and prioritize new marketable features as well as critical production bugs.

Collaborated with our leadership team on strategic projects such as venture financing, forecasting, budgeting, and positioning for strategic channel partnerships. Additionally, developed an ROI calculator to help sales scope and price implementation engagements.

Designed, implemented, and mentored our business intelligence team of 4 high-performing analysts to solve our highest value data-driven initiatives; our team completed 11 projects which created $150k in new business value over 4 months. 

Pioneered our international education business development efforts which resulted in 30+ new prospects, $35M+ in submitted proposal value within 6 months with less than $200K invested. 

Selected, designed and managed the end-to-end implementation of Mavenlinka professional services automation solution that managed our entire project lifecycle across 5K+ projects and 120+ employees. As the internal product owner, I collected stakeholder feedback and iterated our Mavenlink roadmap so MGT could maximize product satisfaction & business value through API integrations (NetSuite) and process automation.

Planned, implemented and motivated our team to adopt a transformative project management process for our largest $12M+ project, to ensure all clients/stakeholders' expectations are met while ensuring MGT achieves on-time and on-budget delivery of all contracted deliverables.

Led our technology modernization initiative on a $150K budget to upgrade all laptops, migrate our data to the cloud as well as upgrade our productivity software applications used for sales/marketing, project delivery and finance/accounting.

Designed, piloted and optimized our enterprise-wide budget process and business analytics dashboard to monitor performance which includes: employee utilization to assess productivity, client acquisition/retention to measure sales trending/growth, and financial forecasting to ensure we achieve our planned YoY growth goals.

Managed and designed the annual Balanced Scorecard program, which is a set of 25 measures that aligned with our business strategy and was used to assess enterprise-wide performance and determine bonus funding for ~6K employees; this consisted of managing 30 data sources, database administration and generating monthly data-driven insights and presenting strategic recommendations to the CEO. 

Designed an enterprise-wide business case solution to improve our investment decisions for a $400M project portfolio.

Structured a cost-to-serve program to improve the profitability of our $300M+ derivatives business, which consisted of jurisdictional financial transparency, forecasting, and assessing client profitability which led to a repricing strategy.

Supported our global workforce (~6K) location strategy which was focused on restructuring our employees to optimize expenses, efficiency & risk mitigation.
