    Kevin Thomas has been employed full-time for the last eight years as a Registered Dietitian working in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Cleveland, Ohio, and Frankfort, Michigan.  Motivated towards the continued success of his patients, Kevin currently handles all long-term care nutritional management, dialysis related nutritional assessments, diabetes nutritional therapy, and community nutrition classes. 

    Kevin began his career in dietetics working within the field of surgical weight loss with a multidisciplinary team that included Bariatric Surgeons, Behavior Health Specialists, Exercise Physiologists, Certified Bariatric Nurses, and Dietitians. Surrounded by a clinical team that fostered healthy lifestyle change, Kevin gained invaluable experience in behavioral techniques aimed at producing healthy weight loss. Kevin has also worked in the field of non-surgical weight management and has counseled hundreds of patients on the importance of healthy lifestyle change with nutrition being the centerpiece of such change.

    In addition, Kevin has worked with a wide array of patients, from inner city to rural, and has provided nutritional care in the fields of diabetes, gestational diabetes, sports nutrition, cardiovascular nutrition, and intestinal bowel disease. Kevin is an active participant with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and completed the Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management in May of 2010.
