  • Manage internal team and US PR agency in the execution of media relations, events, corporate communications, and strategic partnerships.
  • Responsible for communications strategies involving corporate narrative, product awareness, business decisions, crisis communications, and executive presentations.
  • Provided strategic direction to team leads in APJ, China, and EMEA, as well as 4 global agencies.
  • Managed fiscal year and quarterly planning for multi-million dollar North America/Global budget 
  • Pioneer Seagate's Voice of the Customer program, which delivered rich customer success stories that secured feature coverage and feed the companies vast marketing channels 
  • Initiated task force to improve corporate responsiveness and external reputation as a result of product issues/vulnerabilities.  Reduced external exposure by 92%.

  • Managed US and EMEA internal team and six agencies to deliver high performing media relations, product reviews and corporate communications program.
  • Develop unified training, tracking and reporting structure across seven individual agencies and countries.
  • Managed strategic partnerships to ensure message/objective alignment and create new opportunities to drive awareness. Partners include Intel, Microsoft, Lenovo and designers Porsche, Philippe Starck and Christofle.
