The Assistant Clinical Director supports the continuous improvement of clinical operations, provider workflow, patient satisfaction, and financial performance and acted as the primary leader in the absence of the Medical Director. The Assistant Clinical Director delivers clinical care not less than 85% of the time and spend the remaining time performing administrative duties, including program development, development of peer mentoring, and onboarding of new providers within the medical department.
