AI & Automation Experience

Since 2026, independently build and operate AI-driven businesses: several social media content brands, an animated sci-fi serial published on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, an e-commerce storefront, and a B2B short-form video service. I apply the same program discipline I use at work to generative AI production.

  • Agentic AI workflows: design and run multi-step AI agent workflows with Claude, using reusable skills, MCP tool connectors, and scheduled tasks, to produce daily cross-business reports, performance dashboards, and end-to-end content production
  • Generative image and video: produce content with Kling (text-to-video, image-to-video, reusable character references), GPT-Image, and FLUX; ran a side-by-side engine bake-off to choose the image model for a production series
  • AI-assisted post-production: assemble episodes in Descript with its AI editing agent and synthetic voice casting, timing each animated shot to the voiceover read and holding consistent audio-mix standards
  • Automation pipelines: built Python/FFmpeg pipelines that batch-render branded vertical video, and automated scheduling and publishing across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook through a social scheduling API
  • Analytics: built channel-growth reporting that normalizes reach by posting volume to separate real distribution problems from changes in output
  • AI production governance: run content like a release train, with continuity and canon checks before generation, approval gates, locked reference assets, and a same-day render-and-publish rule
