Skills

RECRUITING

Over 60 professional players. 26 All-Conference selections. 10+ Academic All-Conference performers. Named by Basketball Times as one of the Top Junior College Recruiters in the Country.

PROGRAM BUILDER
Every program that I have been associated with has broken records for  wins, post season success, and academics.   Individual success in the form of all-conference, all-academic, all-american, all-region, leading scorers, and professional were also part of the success.
FUNDRAISING & MARKETING

In my two stops as a college head coach, my programs broke all records for attendance both single game and season.  This was accomplished through community involvement, media relations, social media, game promotions, and speaking engagements.  Also, I have been involved in fundraising records as a head coach and assistant coach (most notably assisting in raising $80,000 in new money at Arkansas Tech).

SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Over 60 professional players, 26 All-Conference selections along with running a successful skill development business.  At Mercer, we took a group that only had one player with varsity experience and turned them into a 25 win team along with Region Finalist after only arriving in October.  Our Hopewell team had 11 players who had no varsity experience and turned them into a State Runner-Up Team in one season.  Skill development was key in this.

Community and academics
My teams have won numerous awards for academics and I have never had a player become ineligible as a head coach.  My community involvement has been tremendous.  We work with such programs as veterans, Special Olympics, children causes, animal causes, and education among others.  I also make myself and student-athletes available for speaking engagements and other community events.
