Duties: 

• Creating and maintaining scouting reports for coaches & players.
• Research and point of contact for scouting, film, and analytic resources and services.
• Collaboration with coaching staff on opponent and self-scouts.
• Assist in practice, game/practice planning, and all aspects of the program.  
• Recruiting of prospective student-athletes as allowed by new NCAA rules.
• Camp:  planning, execution and teaching.
• Assist in all other aspects of the program as needed.

Highlights:  In our last season and only 3rd of the school, we were 42nd District Champs in the toughest District in the State.  We finished with a 21-12 record with double digit wins versus teams that were ranked at some point.  We also were the first team from Lexington in 20 years to win the Toyota Classic.  All 6 seniors moved on to college with 3 playing College Basketball at the small college level.  We also had our first All-State player in 2021 DaShawn Jackson.  

Duties:  Starting a HS basketball program from scratch.  Responsible for all aspects of starting a high school program from scratch.   Including but not limited to:  basketball systems, staff and player management, fundraising, marketing, compliance, budgeting, equipment procurement, travel, public relations. Classroom instructor.  Various other duties related to running a high school athletic program.

Highlights:  25 wins.  Region Runner-Up.  District Champions.  Clash of Titans Champion.  Region 12 Coach of Year.  Kentucky Association of Basketball Coaches Region Coach of Year.  All-Area Coach of the Year.  We took over a team that returned one player (rest of team averaged 1 ppg/1.3 rpg) last season in October that also had 6 out of top 10 in football till December and had great success.  Only one player with post-season honors (All-Region) up to this point.    

Duties:  Responsible for all aspects of programs including but not limited to:  recruiting, basketball systems, staff and player management, fundraising, marketing, compliance, budgeting, equipment procurement, travel, public relations. Classroom instructor.  Various other duties related to running a high school athletic program.  

Highlights:  Virginia State Runner-Up.  Lost in Championship game at buzzer in OT to #106 Nationally Ranked (#1 Virginia Ranked) 29-1 Norcom.  Virginia East Region Runner-Up (Norcom), Conference 26 Champions, Conference 26 Coach of Year,  23-6 record.  This was done with no All-State basketball players and only 1 All-Region player.  11 out of 15 players had no varsity experience with only 2/5 playing any substantial minutes.  First State Final Appearance since 1996.

Highlights:  KY ELITE is a company that develops basketball players in individual, group, and team settings.  Also, KY ELITE provides leadership mentoring and training.  Athletic consulting and speaking engagements are among the services that we provide  to athletes, coaches, and programs. 

Duties:  As owner, I am responsible for all aspects of running a successful business.

Highlights:  Multiple all-conference post and pre-season picks were my direct recruits.  In my 5 seasons, I recruited  4 out of top 5 scoring leaders.  Increased win total each season of DII along with return to NCAA tournament after my first season.  Eshaunte Jones was NKU's first all-conference selection in Atlantic Sun.  Recruits Chad Jackson and Jordan Jackson were 2014-15 pre-season all-conference picks.  Post player Jalen Billups is currently leading the NCAA DI ranks in FG%.

Duties:  Recruiting coordinator, defensive system coordinator, office coordinator, post player instruction, and travel coordinator.  Serve as a liaison with administration in all matters (especially compliance) .  Review and negotiate procurement vendor and policies.  Research and implement new technology including social media, scouting software, compliance software, and video editing.

Highlights:  Helped lay the ground  work for an agreement with Basketball Australia.  

Duties:  Evaluation and ranking of all basketball prospects.  Responsible for individual and corporate sales.  Development of all basketball materials.  Speaking engagements.  Establishment of camps and clinics.  Assist with decision making process in all sports.  Help establish relationships in foreign countries, especially Australia and New Zealand.  

Highlights:  Team that I recruited: 55-8 after 1 season of recruiting, 3 NCAA tourney appearances, 2 Region Semi-Finalist, 2 GSC Tournament Championships, 2 West Division Championships, multiple all-conference, all-region, and professional players.  Named one of top JC recruiters in Nation.  Numerous program first especially related to attendance and wins.  Helped raise $80,000 in new money to ATU basketball.

Duties:  Recruiting coordinator.   Travel coordinator.  Office coordinator.  Compliance coordinator.  Assist with fundraising, marketing, new technology, liaison with administration, budget oversight,  player academics.  Representative of entire athletic department in dealing with NCAA including but not limited to:  appeals, rules interpretation & compliance among other duties as assigned.  

Highlights:  Signed 2 players signed after arrival (July).  They were leading and 2nd leading scorers.  1st team all-conference selection and honorable mention all-conference.  

Duties:  Coordinator of basketball systems, recruiting, scouting, travel, office & staff,  alumni, and booster relations.  Budget oversight.  Scheduling.  For the athletic department my duties included:  coordinate travel for all programs, coordinate insurance, physicals, and various other forms; develop, cultivate, and research corporate sponsorship for equipment, travel, and marketing.  

Highlights:  58-13 in 2 seasons.  NAIA Final Four.  NAIA Elite 8.  2 National Tournament appearances.  Nationally ranked (#3 final ranking).  Largest team camp in state (90+ teams).  Coached/recruited 4 All-Americans, numerous all-conference, and 10 professional players.  

Duties:  Recruiting.  Team Camp coordinator.  Office Management.  Travel Coordinator.  Scouting Coordinator.  Assist with fundraising and alumni relations.  Eligibility and compliance.  Classroom instructor.  

Highlights:  Best conference finish since 1960s.  National ranked in several statistical categories.  Jayhawk Academic Award Winner.  Coached/Recruited 6 all-conference players, 2 all-region players, and 10 professional players.  All sophomores had scholarship offers.  National and state media coverage on resurgence of program.

Duties:  Responsible for all aspects of programs including but not limited to:  recruiting, basketball systems, staff and player management, fundraising, marketing, compliance, budgeting, equipment procurement, travel, public relations. Classroom instructor.  Various other duties related to running a college athletic program.  

Highlights:  National Coach of Year Finalist.  Region Coach of Year.  42-22 record.  Top 2 seasons in program history.  Records for attendance for both season and game.  Program First:  1st 20 win season, 1st winning season, 1st playoff win, 1st home playoff game, 1st votes for National Ranking, 1st win vs Top 20 team, 1st team to finish ranked in National Statistic categories (scoring, steals, and 3 pt%).  

Duties:  Responsible for all aspects of programs including but not limited to:  recruiting, basketball systems, staff and player management, fundraising, marketing, compliance, budgeting, equipment procurement, travel, public relations.  Various other duties related to running a college athletic program.  

Highlights:  Recruiting class were core group of team that advanced to NCAA tourney 2 seasons later.  2nd place finish in Southland Conference (best up to that point).  Tied school's longest winning streak.  5 out of 5 seniors graduated, including scholar-athlete of year.

Highlights:  65-4 record.  2 time Panhandle Champions (23-1 record).  NJCAA National Tournament appearance.  Region 8 champions.  3 All-Americans.  8 all-conference players. 12 professional players.
