Organizational Development / Change Management

  • Organizational Assessment, Design & Transformation: Develop an organizational design that is conducive to a high performance organization moving from traditional manufacturing to a lean manufacturing organization.
  • Change Management: Manage change process including the site risk management data. Facilitate Right First Time processes.
  • Strategic Planning & Governance:  Develop & support the governance process to cascade objectives.
  • Operational, Quality & Engineering Processes: Improve productivity.

  • Performance Management: Identify key indicators linked to strategic initiatives and support managers in improving performance management feedback.
  • High Potential Development: Refine the high potential development program and succession plan.
  • Succession Planning / Talent Management: Redevelop on-boarding program and work with MD to develop the succession and leadership development plans.
  • Employee Engagement:  Collect data and work with supervisors, managers and directors to increase employee engagement.
  • Communication: Analyze the communication needs and develop an internal communication brand with a multi-program approach.
