Application Support Analyst
- Automation of operational processes using SharePoint, Power Platforms, and Blue Prism through Agile framework to enhance efficiency, reduce manual workload, and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Definition and documentation of IT application requirements to support structured development, clear stakeholder alignment, and successful implementation of business solutions.
- Resolution of user-reported incidents with timely investigation and remediation, maintaining detailed updates to support user satisfaction, operational continuity, and adherence to service level agreements(SLAs).
- Development and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base for application enhancement solutions, technical guidelines, streamlining issue resolution, improving knowledge sharing, and increasing accessibility of technical information.
- Conducting system, integration, functional, and user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinated deployments of application systems, validating changes prior to production release to ensure seamless integration, cross-platform compatibility, and reliable performance.
- Ongoing monitoring of system performance and application access rights, proactively resolving anomalies, enforcing secure access control and segregation of duties, and escalating critical issues in line with governance and compliance requirements, while actively participating in daily stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies to accelerate delivery through continuous feedback.
- Serving as an IT Innovation Champion to facilitate idea submissions and support hackathon events for application development.
