Elizabeth is a Consultant at Sand Cherry Associates, with 5 years experience in program management, requirement writing and engaging with engineering teams spanning retail wireless, telecom, broadband and new media verticals. Elizabeth is an integral part of our program management team's ongoing success in the design and delivery of strategic, customer-centric initiatives through the coordination and management of engineering and product teams.

Elizabeth has led numerous initiatives that are integral to Boost's online capabilities and user experience, including launching the first website that allows for both pre and postpaid customer accounts and creating Boost's first trade-in program with Assurant. Their more recent work has centered on building newer functionality to remove vendor billing systems from Boost sites.

Prior to Sand Cherry Associates, Elizabeth was a Senior Technical Program Manager, where they were responsible for managing the delivery of high level programs that ensure a positive ROI.

Professional Experience

  • IT Project Management: Manage technical projects using the Jira tools to ensure a smooth release of initiatives through the reviewing of engineering teams capacities. Coordinated with cross-functional teams to ensure fully functionality is delivered to the business. 
  • Leading Agile Ceremonies: leading SCRUM ceremonies to prioritize and resolve defects that impact project deliveries with engineering and product teams. Participate in Sprint planning to ensure business initiatives are prioritized to meet sales and marketing demands.
  • Data Transformation: Led engineering teams in critical data-delivery initiative, preventing data integration gaps, updating business logic, and establishing integrity checks, to deliver recurring, valued information for employee adoption, usage, and insight.
  • Reporting Transformation: Project managed the delivery of key reporting capability for a direct sales organization, including sales funnel, KPIs and executive dashboards. Developed and maintained project plan and communications documents, drove prioritization of requirements, coordinated efforts of contributing resources, and identified gaps and options for resolution.
  • Process Mapping and Evaluation: Led initiative evaluating a telecommunication provider's carrier access operations. Developed business process maps, identifying contributors, hand-offs, and milestones. Leveraged process maps, in combination with internal, customer and vendor interviews, to identify key gaps and opportunities to improve scalability and customer experience.
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identified and managed technical risks, cross-team dependencies, and resource constraints across multiple software development projects. Facilitated mitigation planning with stakeholders and engineering leads to ensure on-time, quality delivery of critical business solutions.
