Tracked bill payments, created invoices and tracked receivables, updated an agenda of receivables and payables daily, managed a ledger, managed a journal of project quotes and a payment calendar for professional subscriptions, carried out bank reconciliations monthly, and processed discounts and customer credits in both versions of QB. Also provided customer service.
