Focus on new curriculum development for the nation’s largest Latino nonprofit advocacy organization. Recruit, interview, and conduct onboarding for all new trainers on programs. Evaluate consistency, relevancy, and effectiveness of programs. Prepare and update materials for trainers. Update assessments for trainers and act as a back-up trainer as needed. Updated curriculum for the housing counselor education initiatives and the foreclosure prevention program. Provided content for webinar (Marketing and Funding your Nonprofit) and taught classes (Homebuyer Education, Foreclosure Prevention, Dodd Frank Test Prep, and Advanced House Counseling).

Collaborated with the Executive Director to create an Undergraduate degree in Business. Co-wrote the curriculum for the management course.
