I am a very confident , motivated, hard working individual who has developed a wide range of professional and communication skills throughout my working years. I am willing to put my all in to what I set my mind to and would be a great addition to any team or working on an induvial basis . I can work well under pressure and adapt to my surroundings very quickly which makes me a great fit for a fast pacing forward moving career .


Some of my responsibilities included jobs that would have an effect on the business as a whole and ways to improve income for that pub on an induvial basis, for example I was once trusted to organise an event on a weekend to increase the number of customers within the pub , I ensured that I catered for all types of people, from activities in the day for the children with a quiet setting in doors throughout the day for people who do not like noise, then at the night time organised a band to come in for the music lovers to maximum the number of people and in turn sales on that day . With this also helped my improve my organisation skills and communication skills with people outside my usual working environment also , in turn this was a great success and sales were up compared to a usual weekend.

I am a very good problem solver and work well under pressure, being in such a fast paced environment at times at first was stressful , but I learnt to deal with this and re focus my energy by prioritising tasks in a logical order to ensure everything was dealt with in an effective and efficient manner .
