Electronic Health Records and Practice Management Software company. Was part of several teams building the next generation of the existing software suite. Daily responsibilities included using a mixture of Manual and automated QA testing methods. Regression, White, Grey, and Black box testing methods were used along with a daily smoke test for product development. Was also responsible for creating automated test case scenarios for HipTest using Gherkin testing syntax, C# test cases for Ranorex, and WebDriverIO4 &5 with selenium and mocha.
Student Retention Software for Academic Institutions. Helped implement new clients and integrate existing clients' data. Provided technical product support and QA to new features, enhancements, and bug solutions.
Start up Real Estate Marketing Service. Built a web application using Ruby on Rails 5.1.4 with various JavaScript libraries and jQuery plug-ins. The App allowed users to create and manage MLS network listings to attract realtors and interested buyers to schedule viewing appointments and tracked sales metrics.
Addressed all service issues for Members and Network Providers
Served as the liaison between AvMed, Network Providers, and Members. Followed all HIPAA Guidelines and regulations.
Provided Technical Support for CenPOS.net's Payment Processing Software. Processed and verified merchants according to financial regulations. Served as the liaison between Chase Paymentech, First Data Merchant Services, and First Payment Systems. Responsible for servicing the company’s top ten clients.
