I had to oversee a crew of subcontracted guys that were assembling fiberglass spools for the exhaust systems of a micro chip plant. I had to submit daily reports of the progress of there lines. I also had to make arrangements if the guys were going to need other craft support for the next day like cranes or scaffold modifications 

had to oversee a crew of guys in the fabrication of different size pipe spools in a fab shop. This included welds and installation of supports and valves. Often, I had to set up with riggers how these spools were going to be transported to their site according to their dimensions and weights.

I had to make sure all testing equipment such as pumps compressors and test trees were in optimal conditions for work. I also had to make sure that all the guys performing work had all needed materias such as blinds, gaskets an sometimes even permits for areas where the tests would require one.

Fabricate and install various size spools together and later install them in the corresponding location on the rack. The supports for the lines often came wrong from the provider, so I had to do the necessary modifications for it to work, then later had to hydrostatic test these spools for any potential leaks.

Fit and install pipe spools for various systems on a combined cycle powerplant. I also had to wreck the spools on location using chain hoists or crane. This where then welded together forming complete sysytems.

Made sure all workers in the crew had all required resources for layout, fabrication and install pipe spools and their corresponding supports on location and sometimes even rerouting pipe systems when landlines where made.

Take measurements, cutting pipes, developing piping systems, performing repairs, handling maintenance activities, and replacing worn parts all this according to prints specifications.

Use various tipes of power tools as well as hand tools to measure, cut and prepare stainless steel pipe spools to fabricate entire pipe systems. These were then connected to a combustion turbine( CT ) for a thermo electrical power plant.

Planed and perform work involving the installation, modification and repair of new and existing piping systems for a chemical plant . I also had to assist combo welder in the preparation of fits for him to weld, and then use rigging abilities to relocate these pieces of pipe to their permanent location using the help of a crane.

Assisted pipefitter in laying out pipe systems and also in the preparation and cleanliness of these. I had to follow instructions in order to connect, bolt up and torque these systems, always following specification provided on the prints. In addition we had to replace damaged piping, valves and gaskets following lock out tag out procedures.
