Summary

To make people feel welcome is one of my passions, which I share with the world leader in hospitality, AccorHotels. In our digital world I am challenged to be innovative and to be an expert in my field. I want to constantly grow in knowledge and skills, to be able to understand and predict today’s continually evolving consumer behavior on the internet.

I did my studies, BSBA concentration marketing, in the USA and in South Africa. It was a life changing experience that I benefit from every day in my work. Today I work as a loyalty manager at Accorhotels in Scandinavia and Finland. My tasks are to create a local marketing plan, support and train our hotels on how and why we work with our loyalty, create online and offline communications, analyze campaigns and results. I support and execute central actions. Before joining AccorHotels, I worked with marketing and loyalty at Best Western Hotels.

I am a positive, driven, emphatic and organized person with a passion to travel. Of course, I enjoy digital marketing and am excited to see how the digital world will develop in the years ahead.

In my free time I travel as soon as a have the opportunity and stay at AccorHotels hotels as much as I can to stay up to date. Of course I am a member of SAS Eurobonus and fly with SAS when I have the opportunity. When I travel, I always bring my running shoes; it is a great way to discover new places plus I love running.
