Leadership and Talent Development- Senior Manager

PwC

As part of an OD team I partnered with stakeholders to develop solutions aligned with learner needs and PwC’s cultural objectives. My role encompassed people leadership, coaching debriefs, program design and facilitation, budget management, project oversight and impact measurement
 


Achievements


  • Culture Champion- Part of PwC's commitment to change team in the launch and embedding of the Evolved PwC Professional Behavioral capability framework.    
  • Leadership Reinvention- Supported the design and FY26 launch of PwC's people leadership standards. Responsible for one-on-one coaching debriefs to Partners and Directors as part of a firm-wide leadership reinvention program.
  • Talent Enabler- Worked with stakeholders on executing PwC's talent ID approach whilst as part of a small team designed and delivered our Director and Senior Manager talent experiences. Both programs delivered firm ROI with reduced attrition and higher engagement scores across several metrics including intention to stay.
  • Program lead- For a firm wide leadership program designed to support Directors and Senior Managers ignite their purpose and passion. Program was highly recommended to others by 91% of participants with 81% stating my performance as a leader will improve because of this experience.
  • Curriculum Owner- Developed and led Team Leader Acumen a range of offerings for people leaders in navigating transition, managing performance, providing feedback, coaching others and wellbeing. 89% of participants stated they intend to apply their learnings to the way they lead. Additional work incorporated design and delivery of bespoke team and group strategy sessions.
  • Performance Connector- Collaborated with the performance and reward team across a number of cyclical moments to help establish grade specific expectations and design leader upskilling sessions for goal setting and annual review.     
  • Trusted Facilitator- An inclusive approach that promotes open dialogue in large or small group settings that guides participants towards sharing and getting actionable insights. I was part of PwC's Asia Pac faculty for 2 flagship Partner programs 'Leaders solving for tomorrow' and "The six paradoxes of leadership'.

  • Project management- Managed seasonal projects and a large-scale European co-operative initiative to consolidate lifestyle data into a unified business platform, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Commercial Negotiation- Achieved a $50k annual cost reduction in the Seasonal Travel project by renegotiating supplier terms, demonstrating effective cost management and strategic negotiation skills.
  • Business improvement- Played a key role in designing and implementing a project office framework that improved project planning, evaluation, and delivery processes across the organization.
