Loan/HR Administration Assistant
Coordinate team building events and exercises. Coordinate HR projects and take minutes at weekly meetings. Obtain credit information. Ensure ongoing maintenance of loans to meet customer and banks needs. Prepare board reports weekly. Conduct initial orientation to new hired employees. Assist HR with personnel software inquiries. Schedule interview appointments for HR Manager and CEO. Accurately input new loans in Jack henry System. Maintain strong relationship with borrowers,warehouse banks, and personnel. Prepare reports relating to personnel activities staffing and training. Prepare and create events supporting the United Way campaign to meet annual company goals. Verify sensitive documentation. Process outgoing wires and loan payoffs daily.
