My mission at TPC has been clear: built a first-class Product and Engineering team from scratch, and pivot the business from a reactive "ticketing" mindset to a customer obsessed Product led approach. In addition to Product and Technology, I also lead our Customer Experience team, focused on sales-assisted e-commerce for a high-consideration product.
Leading a multi-disciplinary team of over 200 engineers, I guide the efforts of on-premise and cloud application hosting within NBCU. Our team includes application development, DevOps and automation, storage, compute, virtualization, middleware and database. Collectively, our responsibility spans 12 worldwide datacenters and public cloud environments, dedicated to managing over 2500 applications.
At Bluprint, I led a cross-functional team of software engineers inclusive of Frontend, Mobile, Platform, Data and Analytics, DevOps and QA focused on delivering both customer facing and internal applications. Additionally I led a team of embedded Project Managers, focused on project planning, execution, coordination and accounting across our business.
At Dryas, we provide insightful analysis and strategic thinking to growth stage clients. Project areas include Cloud adoption, compliance and security, CI/CD efficiency, and DevOps advocacy. Clients include Guild Education, VictorOps, and Autopay.
As Advisor, I work with pre-funding stage teams on MVP, smart technology choices, go to market strategy, and fundraising. Some clients include HealthSqyre, Rumblesum and Ojos.
Leading a multidisciplinary (DevOps, IT, QA, SRE, Data, SaaS) engineering group, we build resilient infrastructure for the Craftsy community. Set strategic goals around operationalizing business process and systems. Incentivize risk taking and provide frameworks for rapid iterations.

Responsible for piloting an aggressively growing startup's technology needs. Built all elements of DevOps and IT from a standing start. Leveraging the AWS environment, we created a development and production stack with automation, resilience, and scale as core design considerations.
Successfully enabled 400% revenue growth, 9x employee growth, and our first 3MM members.
