About Me

I am currently working as a territory manager/external consultant at Grace Removals, I manage the whole Auckland region. When a client is looking at relocating I go to their home or office, using a consultative selling process to ascertain what services may be required. I have also been growing relationships with real estate agents which has helped generate more leads for me to follow. As there is fierce competition in the moving industry I have to use my personality & knowledge of the process to make my self stand out from the crowd.  Once I have won the sale I then manage their shift through to completion. I just won an award for the New Zealand external consultant of the year.   

I started working in sales and customer service at Brand Developers, trading as the TV shop. While I was there I broke a record for the most sales in a single 8 hour shift, with my sales totaling $36,985.70. My customer service work required me to liaise with customers throughout Australasia to solve their issues. We worked to KPI's on a daily basis.

I was a Volunteer Fire Fighter in the New Zealand Fire Service I enjoyed being part of a dedicated team responding to emergency calls to help the community.
