  • My responsibilities as a Project Manager for one customer account (our client is a co-working space company):

    • Planning projects in advance, coordinating the team, and managing the timeline to meet the customer’s deadlines and opening schedules
    • Making sure the team is working effectively and efficiently in order to meet the schedules and budget
    • The scope of project is furniture delivery and installation at site for openings of work spaces in office buildings, which includes importing bulk and some loose furniture, customs clearance, warehouse inventory, local deliveries (as well as arranging them from some local vendors), loading and lifting at project site, and installation.
  • My achievements:
    • Completed office set up and required business licenses, permit and registration within less than one month
    • Achieved  the company ISO 9001 certification within less than 6 months on business
    • Initiated some agency agreements with business partners worldwide and manage to reduce operation cost by 30%
    • Successfully implemented HR policies and procedures, which was proven by employee satisfaction survey
    • Successfully implemented the effective HR payroll system within the company
    • Successfully promote the business trough company website and social media that was measured by number of page visitors and interest towards the company.
