Formulating closing statements, processing loan documents, corresponding and marketing to real estate professionals and the general public including the creation of a general marketing strategy and materials. Hired as a simple processor and was promoted after two months to spearhead creation of the Indian Wells, West Coast Escrow branch along with the escrow officer in December 2012. We were able to take the office from its inception to profitability in only one year, and had an even more profitable 2014 doubling our production from 2013 and had a great year in 2015.
