Michael is a Consultant at Sand Cherry Associates, with 15 years of project management, operations, engineering and business development experience spanning the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), wireless, telecom, broadband, manufacturing and logistics among other industries. Michael is an integral part of our firm's ongoing success in the design and delivery of strategic customer-centric initiatives through innovative planning, leadership and reporting in highly matrixed environments
Michael has led numerous engagements to create and implement overarching goals of project success to include comprehensive statements of work, project plans, schedules, budgets, risk mitigation and management plans, RACIs, traceability matrices amongst other tools used to successfully manage projects/programs.
Prior to Sand Cherry Associates, Michael was the Sr. Project Manager overseeing other PMs, implementing several silos of the Sherwin Williams' organization to implement a new ERP system in their finance, procurement, HR, manufacturing and logistics spaces.
Professional EXPERIENCE
- ERP Implementation: Worked with senior executives to design a project scope based on expected outcomes of implementing or upgrading current ERP system. These projects improved efficiency in manufacturing and logistics sectors, customer satisfaction and HR aspects of the organization. Tracked all requirements via the SoW throughout duration of project.
- Platform Delivery: Ensured the timely delivery of a cloud-based data migration from on premises systems to cloud platforms. Tracked and reported progress via Integrated Data Environment Diagrams
- Software and Application Development: Led Agile based teams of developers to define requirements and design SW specific to customer needs
- Reporting Transformation: Project managed the delivery of key reporting indicators for internal and client leadership, executive dashboards, scorecards for overall progress, completed and upcoming milestones and financial information related to overall budget of project. Developed and maintained project plan and communications documents, drove prioritization of requirements, coordinated efforts of contributing resources, and identified gaps and options for resolution.
