- Helped drive product development and launch for MSL Fluency influencer service; worked with Publicis Media to launch influence-to-impact performance platform -- Conversation2Commerce -- using programmatic media solutions for earned media
- Developed and oversaw strategic communications approach for agency acquisitions, executive change

- Secured perfect 100 score six years in a row while managing Human Rights Coalition Corporate Equality Index (LGBTQ) filings from 2014-2019
