• Implements a BHC model and provide consultation to the primary care team, brief interventions, behavioral interventions, suicidal/homicidal risk
  assessments, substance abuse assessment and intervention, trauma and anxiety management, stress management, psychosocial and behavioral

  wrap-around support of children, youth and families.
• Provide mental health consultation within the primary care office to any child, youth or family identified.
• Provide training to staff in the primary care office related to mental health and trauma informed practices. Provide training (Youth Mental Health First Aid) in the community related to mental health and trauma informed practices.
• Collaborates as needed with other resources within TNV and community.
• Complete transition and discharge plan and summary.
• Provide necessary treatment summaries and documentation as requested.
• Ensures treatment services conform to CARF standards
• Attends and participates in Treatment Team, Group Supervision, Outpatient Therapy, and East TN Regional meetings to provide and receive Team insight and support.

• Completing initial intakes and assessments, providing diagnosis, and providing

• Provided clinical therapy with individual adults and adolescents. Marketed services, managed scheduling, availability, and timely documentation. Jefferson County, TN (Hybrid)

• Provided mental health treatment through psychotherapy to students of Jefferson County High School and Outpatient therapy to individuals and families. Completed Diagnostic Interviews, Assessments, treatment plans, and utilized DSM to determine appropriate diagnosis. Collaborated with insurance companies to advocate for services, participated in IEP/504 meetings, aided with school counselors/psychologists, and maintained active participation in company Team Meetings. Managed a caseload of 40-50 clients and upheld standards of documentation, HIPAA, and SW Code of Ethics.
• Began attending individual and group supervision to obtain clinical hours towards LCSW. 

Knoxville, TN (Hybrid)

• Performed assessments to determinate level of care required, administered drug screening, and provided clinical support services to each client. Provided Intensive outpatient supervision to youth at risk of being placed in DCS custody or of increased legal involvement. Acted as liaison between community agencies.
