Harvard Medical School, The Family Van and Mobile Health Map
The Family Van and Mobile Health Map, both community programs of Harvard Medical School, increase access to health care and improve the health of residents in Boston’s most underserved communities and the mobile health sector across the country. Goals include:
- Maximize impact by expanding hours and adding new, high-quality programs.
- Oversee the development of new systems to better manage information and engage donors and volunteers.
- Grow revenue through individual and organizational fundraising.
- Leverage the treasure-trove of data collected by the organization about the program, the needs of underserved Boston communities, and the mobile health sector across the U.S.
- Develop comprehensive marketing and communications plans to strengthen brand awareness.
