I build the commercial machinery of an AI services practice: the offer catalog, the pricing model, and the reusable platform assets that turn one-off wins into repeatable offerings. At IBM's Microsoft practice I built the Frontier Acceleration Catalog (16 industries, 93 departments, 172 practitioners active in its first two weeks) and the WBS-to-price estimating model the practice has now used on six engagements, and I own the solution and the price on 19 active opportunities between $200K and $2M across SLED and Healthcare.
I am equally at home on the technical side of the offer: agentic AI architectures with governance designed in, from compliance automation (AEGIS, co-built: 12 specialized agents generating validated Terraform across seven control frameworks) to a multi-tenant assessment-to-engagement platform now in co-development, with tenant isolation at the database, versioned agent evaluation, and a deterministic pricing boundary AI proposes into but never computes.
USAF veteran. TOGAF 9 and Microsoft AI certified, including Microsoft Frontier Transformation Engineer. I publish at architecturebrief.com.
Built the Frontier Acceleration Catalog, the offer catalog for IBM's One Microsoft Practice: 16 industries, 93 departments, 14 catalogued accelerators, governed by a seven-level asset maturity model with approval gates from concept through marketplace-ready. 172 practitioners active in its first two weeks; 439 of its 486 commits are mine.
Led technical solutioning and pre-sales architecture across 30+ AI and cloud pursuits in SLED and Healthcare, most between $200K and $2M.
