• Consult with Training Director or Manager to coordinate internet activities, identify needs, and explain Internet website opportunities and limitations.
• Record and produce Takeaway Tuesday video series.
• Perform day-to-day site maintenance on web sites, setting company standards for design, performing navigation and browser compatibility tests, performing quality-control for internal and third-party content, as well as maintaining and developing small web applications.
• Troubleshoot problems associated with Internet web applications and/or Internet web pages.
• Provide ongoing technical support for the implementation of new and existing web technologies.
