Positive Tracks is a national non-profit helping young people change the world through the power of physical activity. I lead the multi-year management and strategic direction of development operations across corporate, foundation grants, major gifts, and event-related funding sources to support and grow a $1.2 million annual operating budget. This includes coordination of all external marketing, events, and volunteer engagement. Working closely with the CEO/Founder, Board of Directors, and external partners to promote and leverage the organization's national presence and impact. In my role, I serve as a key representative of Positive Tracks, engaging a broad spectrum of supporters as the organization continues to grow and diversify its revenue streams.

  • Research, identify, and cultivate relationships and strategic partnerships with current and prospective donors through calls, visits, and volunteer opportunities.
  • Lead all major special events including corporate sponsorships and communication strategy to recruit and engage community members.
  • Manage all foundation and corporate grant relationships, proposals, budgets, and reporting.
