Set-up; Prepped food; Prepared food; Consultant work for the Corporate Chef regarding new waffle-item creations; Directed team during show for food prep; Worked as Expo during show who gathered prepped ingredients and prepared final foods for NRA show attendees. At this show, there were over 20, 000 attendees, both national and international.
