  • Directed the development and creation of all advertising and video content for Hyper Hippo Entertainment, ensuring a cohesive and impactful creative strategy across various marketing channels.
  • Managed and mentored a multidisciplinary team of animators, illustrators, copywriters, video editors, and other creatives, fostering collaboration and delivering best-in-class advertising content in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Under my creative direction, our advertising content for AdVenture Capitalist had an average CVR of 18%, and a CTR of 2% from 2020 to 2023, which converted to approximately 25,000+ additional installs per quarter
  • Collaborated with stakeholders from marketing, game development, People & Culture, and executive leadership to develop a unified brand and creative experience across e-commerce, in-game UX, social media, recruiting, and internal communications.

  • Oversaw the end-to-end creative content development for a wide range of T-Mobile marketing campaigns, including product and service announcements, as well as customer marketing campaigns.
  • Led a highly skilled creative team within the brand studio, producing engaging video content specifically tailored for T-Mobile's social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat.

  • Developed and produced video content for various initiatives, including Retail and Care leaders' videos, product introductions for T-Vision and T-Money, and multiple live-action video campaigns for the Super Bowl, Pride, and MLB sponsorships.
  • Concepted and launched the Case Drop influencer campaign for T-Mobile - a first-of-its-kind creative program in the mobile industry. Featuring up-and-coming artists and cultural IP on customized phone cases, Case Drop produced highly sought-after collateral exclusively for T-Mobile customers and fans. 
  • Led a monthly thought-leadership workshop at the studio, presenting the latest trends and innovations of our primary media platforms, as well as showcasing the creative work that the studio was producing.

  • Developed crucial documents such as channel strategy guides, editorial calendars, brand persona guides, and creative style guides, providing clear direction and ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
