The main activities and responsibilities are:
Working in Solution Team group with other expert Solution Architect and E2E Architect
Workshop with Customers
Requirements gathering and analysis.
Solution Design using a product-oriented approach.
Discussion and approval walkthrough of HLD with Customer.
Design solution knowledge transfer to Delivery Team based in India
Production of LLD with Delivery Team Leaders
Full contact with Delivery team daily work.
Supervise the development phase, control the relevance of the developments with the requirements, and Ericsson Product solution integrity.
Workshop and cooperation with Product Unit.
Support to Testing Phase.
Support to Performance Testing Phase.
Support to Go Live.
Support post cutover traffic load.
Design of different CR post-Cutover.
Solution of solution for a small Ordering system for ALM (Ericsson IWS)
Leading a small team of IWS developers.
Solution Design Approval by Customer.
Ericsson Order Care is Live and is the central Provisioning system for Almadar Telco customer since 22-8-2020
Performance KPI reached on production: ALM provisioning system (EOC) currently reaches an average of 13 orders per second, with spikes of 21 orders per second.
Performance KPI reached on Test pre-prod ENV: ALM provisioning system (EOC) on Test env, currently reaches an average of 26 orders per second, with spikes of 35 orders per second.
