Keep and order inventory for service department
Program units to be distributed to customers.
Update and maintain databases of inventory and account logs.
Work in Excel to keep track of inventory and distribution of units leaving the warehouse.
Work collaboratively with application services project teams to ensure full understanding of details of each system they will be supporting.
Provide the highest level of support to users of the systems by fielding inbound inquiries and utilizing proactive communication as necessary.
Effectively manage issues and the escalation of issues and eventual resolution within agreed upon SLA's.
Maintain complete and concise, audit ready, documentation to support the management, escalation, and resolution of issues and/or data corrections related to Y-Prime systems.
Operate in compliance of all Y-Prime SOPs and WIs. Support application services project teams by configuring hardware devices. Accurately maintain hardware tracking documentation, as required.
