Prior to joining Sand Cherry Associates, she also had experience working as a Consultant at Ernst & Young and AICPA.

    • Project Management and Cross-Functional Leadership: Created and maintained project plans for engineering teams. Led cross-functional teams to upgrade a cable system's network. Created and launched a hardware resale program and data center upgrades through interdepartmental communications and leadership. Coordinated with key functional areas to upgrade and transition firewall platforms and equipment. Led a team to upgrade Managed Services customers to updated platform and equipment. Migrated acquired voice company's platform through project planning and cross-functional leadership.
    • Process and Productivity Improvements: Collaborated with Operations team to develop and implement key requirements, strategies, and initiatives to streamline customer onboarding process. Successfully deployed and managed major monthly IT releases. Facilitated the resolution of critical issues, decreasing issue resolution time by 30%. Tested workflows and implemented process improvements reducing chats by 25%.
    • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepared budgeting models and managed projects within budget and deadlines. Created and managed a certification log for data center equipment including racks, servers, routers, and switches to build out network infrastructure. Created executive level reporting on internet colocation and data center hardware and equipment performance, resulting in improved customer retention and new customer acquisition.
