Art Lead
-Farm hero Saga 2 -3 years, since May 2018 I’ve been the Art Lead.
-That means representing art in cross department meetings, sprints planning and backlog building while keeping a closer eye on art consistency and quality.
- In King most of our work was UI/UX so I was part of the UI team in London participating in training and meeting. Live games need super polished UI and innovative new features.
-Great opportunity to learn how to manage a live product and huge IP thanks to company training and transparency when leading the Farm 2.
-Even thought I was responsible for the art team, art deadlines, art planning and the art quality, on Farm 2, I never directly managed the artists(no 121’ or performance reviews)
- Creative thinking and have initiatives by proposing concepts/prototypes for new game features. I especially work on UI features proposals in ProtoIO or AfterEffects.
-Maintain and create new style guides as necessary plus outsource partners feedback and guidance.
-Build (Jenkins) > test >improve and again. This is what we constantly did in order to have a polished game.
