-Giving direction by creating detailed briefs, style guides and additional documentation to clearly communicate requirements to external partners, providing comprehensive and actionable feedback and signing off on final assets.

-Keeping an eye on one external partner studio working on a new separate title.
-Taking care of normal releases checks, sprint plannings and all the day to day processes an art department needs to have.
-Maintain organised plans, documents, and systems for tracking asset delivery throughout production to maintain clear visibility on the status of all work.
-Represent the art team in relation with other departments.
-Create or assist with style-guide and in general trying to be proactive and help the art team move in the right direction.
-Leverage my artistic skills to help others grow and company products scale.

-Huge leap of faith and much needed fresh breath of  air  to be the 3th hired person in a gamingstart up. 
-Since November 2019 I've been working on 4 titles, doing rapid prototype on different games. One game went Live on both platforms and is having +4.5 reviews. 

-The teams here are 3-4 people with one artist so I'm responsible for Art direction, UI, 3D and anything else that is necessary to make the game look good.

-Create style guides and steered outsourcing companies, 4 projects in 1 year required lots of outsourcing.  

-I love this unstructured team because solving problems/designing is very fast and collaboration is the jam holding together!

-As a member of this kind of teams I learned sometimes the best visual solutions can come from Developers.

- Farm hero Saga -1 year Support the Live operations with UI and art. 

Art Lead
-Farm hero Saga 2 -3 years, since May 2018 I’ve been the Art Lead. 

-That means representing art in cross department meetings, sprints planning and backlog building while keeping a closer eye on art consistency and quality.

- In King most of our work was UI/UX so I was part of the UI team in London participating in training and meeting. Live games need super polished UI and innovative new features.

 -Great opportunity to learn how to manage a live product and huge IP thanks to company training and transparency when leading the Farm 2.   
-Even thought I was responsible for the art team,  art deadlines, art planning and the art quality, on Farm 2, I never directly managed the artists(no 121’ or performance reviews) 
- Creative thinking and have initiatives by proposing concepts/prototypes for new game features. I especially work on UI features proposals in ProtoIO or AfterEffects.

-Maintain and create new style guides as necessary plus outsource partners feedback and guidance. 

-Build (Jenkins) > test >improve and again. This is what we constantly did in order to have a polished game.

FUN LABS studio is an ACTIVISION publishing studio focusing on hunting games and i worked as 3D artist and later moved into 2D.

-I mainly did environment and animals  3D sculpts, baking, texture and model the low poly. But my role there also included working other projects where we did more diverse assets.
