  • Deliver strategic communications and change management for Aptiv’s enterprise-wide IT transformation, including the operating model and future-state design of the global IT function.
  • Develop and govern the change management methodology framework for IT programmes, spanning software and hardware businesses, corporate functions, and critical enterprise applications.
  • Support the separation of Aptiv's Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS) business unit, ensuring stakeholder alignment, leadership messaging, and change readiness across impacted areas.
