Professional EXPERIENCE
- Program/Project Management: Led Program Management team in planning and execution of product development and deployment initiatives including creating project schedules, driving deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks, managing communications and removing blockers for project teams for a large North American telecommunications company. Directly managed complex and highly visible projects including new technology launches, digital video conversions, system rebuilds, and multi-faceted efforts combining product launches with billing and provisioning system conversions. Partnered with multiple technology organizations to ensure development, testing and deployment of hardware, code, systems and CPEs.
- Operational Transformation: Expertise in working with cross-functional teams in highly matrixed environments to identify opportunities, facilitate solutions, gain agreement and implement improvements. Created program to improve customer Wi-Fi experience, including process enhancements for field technicians, revised equipment settings, updated customer care troubleshooting, and improved online support.
- Technical Product Deployment: Managed first launches of a priority new technology initiative to deliver symmetrical speeds over coax to Residential and Bulk customers. Worked with Engineering, Network Operations, Technical Delivery and IT to identify and track development, testing, certification and delivery of new hardware, code and CPEs. Tracked deployment of network and field hardware required to launch new products and support system conversions.
- Product Management and Operations: Led solution development and execution for product initiatives including Internet speed migrations, residential contract offers, online video content, customer portals and wireless home networking. Developed and implemented internal tools and processes to communicate strategy, requirements, systems impacts and operational process.
- Integration Operations: Key contributor in M&A customer integration efforts including billing system conversions; email, voicemail and portal migrations and customer equipment replacements. Efforts included package mapping, billing statement development, customer communications, creation of online migration experience, customer communications and cross-functional team solutioning and coordination.
