Developed a user-centered library in which students and faculty research and collaborate using a variety of resources and tools.
-Instruct students on effective research skills
-Integrate information technology into the curriculum through collaboration with faculty
-Lead the SAU Librarian team through automation projects, policy development, and curriculum planning
-Model and teach responsible and ethical use of information
-Manage library staff, student workers, a multi-faceted budget, the physical facilities, collection development, licensing and contract negotiations, as well as the school archives
-Redesign the library website and establish an interactive web presence including blogs, wikis, social networking, digital image sharing, and LibGuides
-Communicate usage data and new resources to the SAU community via newsletters, library reports, and electronic resources
-Collaborate with the facilities management team on major library redesign
Work closely with several university librarians in order to effectively prepare our students for the academic rigor of college-level research
