I am currently working as a material process engineer at E Ink. I have led the transition from two new generation electronic ink experiments to mass production, and led the verification and introduction of new production lines and equipment. Currently, the new plant and new product lines are about to complete verification. During this period, I assisted the company in reducing some material costs by 83%, equipment costs by approximately 65%, and labor costs by approximately 40%.
I previously worked at ACE Chemical as a specialty chemicals business and technical consultant. The performance achievement rate during the three-year business period was between 105% and 126%.
While working as an organic analysis engineer at Intertek, I assisted the department in shortening analysis time (saving approximately 50%), improving work efficiency, and reducing costs (saving approximately NT$240,000/year).
I have a master's degree in biochemistry from National Chung Hsing University and majored in chemistry from Tamkang University, so I have a solid academic background. My professional skills include organic chemistry and analytical chemistry.
In the future, I hope to develop in more forward-looking fields, break out of my current comfort zone, apply what I have learned to the highly competitive semiconductor industry chain, and become a better engineer.
