I was privileged to spend the summer of 2008 at Ramapo Country Day Camp in New York. A private camp nestled on over 35 acres of woodlands, rolling hills, streams, trails and open space. My role as an Activity Specialist involved leading programs in the outdoor adventure section of the camp. Campers were taught programs that encourage them to explore individual and team skills and help them realise their potential.
