  • Work in collaboration with Etihad senior executive team to redefine offer management practice and policies.
  • Implemented several merchandizing opportunities across channels like Dynamic Ancillary Price , Loyalty Benefits improvement ,  Airline Custom Currency , Commercial Upgrades , Travel Insurance, Subscription based products to name a few.

  • Implemented innovative payment solution on B2C platform to avoid zero fraud risk.
  • Introduced a new seating product (dynamic seat blocker/neighbor free seats) to promote extra comfort or additional privacy within the cabin.
  • Introduced and enhanced paid upgrade program using Plus Grade technologies
  • Implemented Etihad merchandising platform using Fare Logix system.
  • Implemented IATA NDC framework for Etihad travel agents

  • Supported leading middle eastern carrier digital program to improve online penetration by delivering multiple product features like Air, Rail integration to improve connectivity.
    • A brand new B2B booking engine platform for the corporate traveler and small to medium size channel partners.
