Project Phoenix Rebrand (Go-Live January 2019) + Amazon Vendor Central Content: I managed the build of the rebrand on staging website focused content and the publication of products new and rebranded. I took ownership of the product range plan. I ensured product was merchandised into the right categories and categories were created or renamed. I updated landing page content and made any changes to navigation and information. I worked with the Perricone Ecommerce Manager, their developers & SEO agency to build commercially viable landing and article page content. I took responsibility for the online customer journey, content accuracy and ensured changes were made on time. I worked alongside photography to ensure product imagery was accurate and consistent. I maintained the imagery archive for the ecommerce department. SEO: I worked with an external SEO agency implement new URL structures, 301 redirects, cannonicals, rebrand content pages and a new site map. I implemented redirects, the deletion of old search term rules, rebrand-focused content pages and meta data in-house. Management: I managed the publication of products from Amazon Seller Central over to Magento, ensuring all content was up to date and accurate. I managed the product range plan. I update all landing page, home page and banner content on desktop and mobile making any changes necessary to navigation and information. Main roles: I imported merchandise from Japan and Europe, analysing current and past trends in Japanese fashion with a look in mind towards the future of the Japanese fashion market. I undertook all maintenance of the online catalogue on Moonfruit, Shopify and Facebook, reporting all sales records for my own use as well as those of my clients (particularly with commission based sales).
