Sales, Marketing and Business Development promoting high quality Piezo Electric ceramic for Industrial and Commercial new product and design applications. Eleven stand alone materials for use in Sensors, Actuators, Precision movement, Sonar Projectors, Inkjet printers, Flow Sensors and more.

Engaged and got samples/qualifications started with million dollar customer that my predecessors/mentors had not been able to land. We had added new material types to our offerings in 2018 and convinced customer that it would yield better results than our older materials for there applications.

Closed $1.6M supply agreement with customer during initial concerns of Covid-19, making sure production/revenue would not be effected from 2020-2021. My management team was very happy to have a contract signed for the next two years at an even higher revenue number than the previous years.

Managed Customer complaint dealing with $500K in bad product. We were able to correct this by reworking most of the product and reproducing any fallout(15%). I was the main contact point between both quality/production teams and made sure customer had piece of mind in our teams capability to fix the issue. Customer was very happy with how i managed the very costly problem and were delighted to continue doing business with CTS moving forward.
