Identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging
deep knowledge of M365 services, and deep knowledge of MS Teams, Exchange
Online/Server and MDO.
Gather customer/partner insights and map architecture and digital transformation solutions to customer/partner business outcomes.
Identify and work to resolve technical blockers to accelerate architecture implementations and routes non-technical issues for removal by the appropriate party.
Provide proactive support and Workshops to customers/partners in Exchange Online/Server,
Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview (Compliance) and help the customer adopt
Zero Trust strategy.
Develop and expand existing impactful relationships with customer and partner/MCS
architects and technical specialists, technical decision makers and business stakeholders.
Lead architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization that result in
production deployment and increase customer business value while and ensure that the customers environment is well-architected.
Trusted advisor to customers and partners during mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or
business divestitures.
