Managed remodel of Highlands Presbyterian Church: Cheyenne, WY (500k project over 11 weeks)
Submittals, sub-management, red-lines, budget controls, vendor management, material, site management, safety meetings

Obtained replacement for critical path sub-contractor; sub previously subcontracted by PM had jeopardized entire project and worked with new sub to insure timely delivery and quality

Sanctuary Wall; this was a critical portion of the project and required the work of a skilled carpenter and cabinet maker that could have sent the entire project off track and into default with no chance of recovery for at least 2 months.

Sustainability Experience

LEED NC, ND, and LEED for Existing Schools
As a graduate student, I participated in the Casa Vista sustainability and renovation recommendations converting it to an educational and housing facility, in which we documented first cost and life cycle benefit to our client, the Director.
Case study analyses completed include the Denver Elitch Gardens makeover as a potential LEED ND project as well as Pine Jog Elementary in Florida as LEED NC project.
Also, spent an entire semester participating in the Kinard Middle School LEED for Schools pilot project for the USGBC.
As a LEED AP, I participated in several preparation forums and am also familiar with GBCI internet-based resources. I am very familiar with the CIR process as well as the ID process. Through academic research, I have discovered numerous methods for developing case studies as well as strategic approaches to obtaining ID credits.
