Everyone who speaks is an Oral Communicator. Some ONLY use Oral Communication. Many people in our world prefer Oral and Visual communications over reading and writing. I lead a multi-national team to design models, curricula and training for partnering organizations around the world. I am able to work with some of the finest people on each continent as they seek to serve those in their local communities who wish to engage with God's Word and his people!

I am honored to continue working with significant global partnerships in the development of Orality based courses. These curricula do not rely on literature while pushing the boundaries of technology for Oral Communicators. All are designed to be highly interactive, easily attainable, and immediately reproducible. These requirements embolden participants to become the champions of the content in their own networks, creating cascading growth through multiple generations.

• Ideated and initiated the International Coaching Program at Spoken Worldwide, leveraging oral learning methodologies to forge strategic global partnerships with mission agencies.
• Successfully recruited, trained, and empowered teams using oral and visual mnemonic techniques, enhancing the effectiveness of our coaching initiatives.
• Designed, developed and deployed Orality based curricula for various global partners, including Theological Education.
• Transitioned to Director of Field Innovations in September 2024, focusing on developing cutting-edge innovations for Oral Bible Translation and Scripture Engagement.
• Led the integration of AI and digital discoveries into translation methods, resulting in significant increase in translation accuracy and efficiency.
• Conducted field-proven trials to validate new methodologies, ensuring practical applicability and effectiveness in diverse cultural contexts.
• Fostered collaboration and knowledge sharing among international teams, enhancing the overall impact and reach of our programs.

• Spearheaded the development and coordination of distance education and training centers across Belize, expanding access to theological education.
• Trained and mentored national leaders, empowering them to assume full responsibilities and ensuring sustainable leadership transitions.

• Implemented a unique Bible Story Telling technique, significantly boosting student participation and retention rates.
• Developed a new Bible Story-based curriculum tailored for Primary and Preferred Oral Learners, enriching their educational journey.

• Spearheaded multiple creative and engaging evangelistic events, significantly enhancing community outreach and church engagement.

• Guided the church and board through a seamless transition to a new Lead Pastor, ensuring stability and continuity in leadership.
• Served as Chaplain for local businesses, including Morey's Piers and Lower Township Rescue Squad, providing spiritual support and guidance.
• Developed, wrote, recorded, and produced a five-minute daily radio program called "God Encounters!", reaching a broad audience and increasing community awareness.

• Participated initially, then led nearly 30 volunteer mission trips to 24 different countries.

• Spent 3 months in South Asia, teaching church planting and discipleship strategies to Jesus Film teams.

• Researched all aspects of development used for computer generated visual tours of the Tabernacle of Moses and Solomon's Temple.
• Successfully navigated video and print production as well as multiple television viewing engagements for The Tabernacle.
• Wrote the companion workbook for The Tabernacle.

• Founder and President of Actual Reality, Inc. creators of the first CD-Rom for Christians.
• Distributed nationally though Warner Press.
• Actual Reality, along with all assets, was eventually gifted to Youth for Christ, USA.

Dissertation: Developing Narrative Based Visual Theology for Oral Learning Pastors

Earned while employed full time as Outreach Pastor at Seashore Community Church, Cape May, NJ

Completed initial program while Moody was still a 3 year institution. Later completed Bachelor's after Moody became a university.

Pastor of leadership Development for  2,500 member Nazarene church. Responsible for the vision casting and developing leaders in the church and educational institutions.

Sent Ray and his wife Becki, to Belize for 5 years to teach Nazarene pastors the courses required for the educational portions of their ordination.
